 About this Workshop: The workshop which give your clothes a whole new ease of life. Bring along some items of clothes which you might want to adapt, alter or embellish and revive your wardrobe for the coming season. We all have those clothes that we (used to) love but just need a bit of va-va-voom to make them perfect. This is not a 'clothes alteration service' workshop but more of a 'chop it, embellish it with ribbon, add a ruffle, stitch on a button detail, or add a bit of embroidery' type of workshop. It's a bit of a clothes party really. Bring along some of your clothes and any trimmings or additions you wish to add. We will provide some basic sewing kit for the day and a selection of trimmings etc and lots of ideas. Emma and our lovely (professional dressmaking) tutor Sharon will be running the workshop. |
