Tapestry Crochet

Description

Tapestry crochet is the art of making solid crocheted pieces, using colours to make patterns or lettering. The technique uses many colours in the same row.

This introductory session will give you all the basic skills to get going on Tapastry Crochet. The workshop will include:
– creating the pattern,
– organising the colours of yarn,
– crocheting colour changes
– following the pattern
– lots of crochet tips.

You should be able to complete basic crochet stitches before enrolling on the course e.g. double crochet. If you are not yet a crocheter, why not have a look at our Crochet for Beginners workshop instead.
All materials are provided to create a practise project on the day. All this as well as friendly chat, hot drinks and all the biscuits you like.
