The world or crochet is always developing new techniques and trends. One of the latest popular techniques is called Planned Pooling.

Planned Pooling crochet creates argyle style checked patterns whilst using only one ball of variegated yarn. It’s all about where you put the stitches as you go. The results are stunning.

In this short introductory workshop, you will learn the technique so you can get going. Plenty of top tips will be shared. Its always good to develop a project so we will be making a neck warmer (Cowel) style scarf as we learn. The course includes all resources you need to do this. You may need to finish this off at home but you will know all the techniques for this and other projects. Planned pooling lends itself well to long scarf’s, blankets, cushions and much more.

Laura is the crochet enthusiast and qualified teacher leading this workshop. Crochet has been her passion for nearly 30 years and she has been teaching if for the last 10 years. It will be a relaxed but informative session with plenty of hot drinks and biscuits.

This is not a beginners course but you don’t have to be an expert crocheter to take part and improve your skills. Come and invest in yourself!
